Working shoulder & triceps

Press one kettlebell from the shoulder to overhead while keeping your trunk steady. Work each arm separately.

How to do it

  1. Bring the bell to your shoulder

Use both hands to guide it into the working hand, bell resting against the forearm and elbow close.

  2. Stand steady

Set feet hip-width apart, brace your middle and keep your wrist straight.

  3. Press overhead

Extend your arm upward without leaning sideways or arching your back. Keep legs still.

  4. Return to the rack

Lower beside your shoulder with control. Set the bell down before changing sides.
